Acceptance of terms

By installing or using SponsorScope you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please uninstall the extension.

What SponsorScope does

SponsorScope is a Chrome extension that checks whether companies appear on the UK Home Office Register of Licensed Sponsors. It is a research tool designed to help job seekers identify employers who may be able to sponsor a UK work visa.

Accuracy of data

SponsorScope pulls data directly from the UK Home Office and Companies House. However please be aware of the following:

• The sponsor register updates weekly so there may be a short delay before changes appear in SponsorScope
• Being on the register does not guarantee a company will offer sponsorship for any specific role
• SponsorScope is a research tool and does not constitute legal or immigration advice
• Always confirm sponsor status directly with an employer before making decisions based on this tool

Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen at purchase
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Monthly and annual plans can be cancelled at any time with access continuing until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds on completed billing periods
• Prices may change with reasonable notice provided in advance

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SponsorScope to scrape or systematically extract data, share your subscription with others, or misrepresent any information obtained through the extension.

Limitation of liability

SponsorScope is provided as a convenience tool. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information from the extension. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
